WorldExpo - an Worldwide exhibition in China, Shanghai

This year Republic of Moldova participate at the worldwide exhibition that will take place in China, Shanghai. For this purpose exhibition centres like "Moldexpo" and "Poliproject Exhibition Ltd" worked toghether for preparing the stand and the presentation of the Republic of Moldova to those visitors that are interesed to know more about our country. Exhibitions like this take place ones in 5 years and last for six months. All the countries have the oportunity to present to the visitors what they have, the most beautiful and atrctiv things in their country. Exhibition opened its door on 1 may 2010 and the staff from the national stand makes everything is posible to attract the visitor's looks and it brings results, in the firs 2 weeks of the exhibition they have attract over 66 280 visitors to our stand that seemed to be interested in it.
Also the exhibitions has some targets:
1. to boost economic, scientific, commercial and investment collaboration with the countries of the world;
2. to consolidate the image of Moldova on international level and, in particular, in the Eastern Asia;
3. to develop a closer cooperation with China and other countries;
4. to promote the economic, scientific and cultural potential of the country on external markets;
5. to promote Moldovan products worldwide;
6. to promote Moldovan tourism;
7. to present the cultural heritage, traditions and customs of our country.
